Support For APH MATT Connect
New England Low Vision and Blindness is pleased to offer support for APH MATT Connect.
We would like to formally introduce you to APH MATT Connect and the Federal Quota Funds Program. You can get Exclusive Support:  Support for this product can only be provided by New England Low Vision and Blindness for the six (6) New England states of ME, NH, VT, MA, RI & CT.
In order to take advantage of this special training program, it is very important that you are introduced to and familiar with the following critical information and steps you need to follow:
Ordering Process
- School orders MATT Connect direct from APH.
- After you order MATT Connect from APH, send New England Low Vision and Blindness an email (info@nelowvision.com) letting us know you placed the order.
Registration
APH will ship MATT Connect with a registration form in the box. (Click here to see sample)Â The registration form must be completed by the school and submitted. Â In order to receive local support, the following questions on the registration form MUST be answered exactly as below:
- QUESTION: Did the local HumanWare dealer introduce you to the APH MATT Connect and offer to train and support? ANSWER: YES
- QUESTION: Dealer’s name? ANSWER: New England Low Vision and Blindness
- QUESTION: Dealer’s code? ANSWER: NS1601
Training and Support
