Warranty
NuCaption is backed by a one (1) year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises within One (1) year from the original purchase date, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective unit at no charge.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover accessory items. Additionally, the warranty does not cover any issues resulting from modifications made to the provided Android OS by the client. The client assumes all responsibility for any and all changes they choose to make to the device’s operating system, including but not limited to downloading or using third-party Android applications, altering system settings, or making unauthorized modifications. Any software-related malfunctions or performance issues arising from such changes are not covered under this warranty.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty.

We’re excited to share the latest innovations that make NuCaption even more powerful and inclusive for users with hearing or communication challenges.
Two-Way Communication Now Built-In
NuCaption has introduced interactive two-way communication. In addition to viewing real-time captions directly on the smart glasses, users can now respond by typing a message, which is then spoken aloud through the glasses’ built-in speakers using Text-to-Speech. This breakthrough allows for more natural, expressive conversations—especially helpful in noisy environments or for individuals with speech impairments. (Tip: Be sure to turn the volume all the way up so your spoken message can be clearly heard.)
Expanded Language Support
French Canadian has now been added as a supported language option, further increasing accessibility for bilingual users.
⚠️ Please note: While NuCaption supports Spanish for caption viewing, Spanish is not currently supported for two-way communication. This feature is available in English, French, and French Canadian only.
Enhanced Positive Viewing Mode
A new Enhanced Positive mode offers better contrast and readability. To activate this feature properly, first set the background color to White, and then adjust the text color to Black. This sequence prevents overlapping black text on a black background and ensures optimal viewing clarity.
