Back to Work (with Care)

Here are the ways in which we are slowly Back to Work (with Care):
1. General Precautions:
Sterilize our showrooms and offices before and after client visits as well as throughout the day.
All employees will continue to wear masks and gloves when meeting with clients and interacting with co-workers.
Any employee that shows any sign of sickness or symptoms will self-quarantine and not engage directly with other employees or clients.
2. Product Demonstrations: Our showroom in Worcester, MA is open and scheduling appointments for product demonstrations and training. We are also scheduling in-home demonstrations for those individuals who feel comfortable having outside visitors.
3. Remote Demonstrations: For those that don’t feel comfortable having us come into the home, we are offering remote demonstrations on all our products via FaceTime, Skype or Zoom.
4. Remote Training: Save $$$ – In the past, remote training was rarely done, now it is normal, and with NO travel fees clients save money. Using FaceTime, Skype or Zoom, we can provide training on various technologies including, but not limited to: Alexa, iPhone, iPad, Android, Zoomtext, JAWS, PC, Mac & Smart Home.
5. Savings: We are pleased to be able to offer reduced pricing on all of our technology and training services. <Click here> to see reduced pricing.
6. Gift Certificate: A great way to support our local, family-run business through this challenging time. If you manage fiscal budgets, gift certificates are also a great way to now use allocated assets, for future implementation. No expiration date!
To help our clients, we are keeping a watchful eye on the information outlined in Phase One of the Guidelines for Opening Up America Again recently released by the White House. We are also providing clients the choice to make up their own minds on several ways we are Back to Work (with Care).
During this time, we want to reassure our clients of our continued commitment to providing you with the same world-class products, training services, and support that you have come to expect from us over the last 11 years.
Reach out to us, let us know you are okay, and start living independently again. Please call 888-211-6933 or send an email to info@nelowvision.com. We are here to help!
