New England Low Vision and Blindness and the Carroll Center for the Blind joined forces for donation

New England Low Vision and Blindness and the Carroll Center for the Blind joined forces with ndrew Doumith of ACT Antigua to share life-changing technology with visually impaired students in primary and secondary schools at the T.N. Kirnon Primary School’s Unit for the Blind and Visually Impaired.  This school is located in Andrew’s home country of Antigua. T.N. Kirnon provides support to blind or low vision primary and secondary school students throughout the island.

These assistive technology devices will significantly help those in need with skills development, education and most importantly—independence. This will be the largest, most impactful donation ever received by the Unit.

Students with vision loss all around the world deserve the power of technology to help them reach their full potential.
